- 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
- ½ banana
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk (of choice)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- A few shakes of pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Cinnamon Protein Shake Recipe
- 1 scoop Naked Whey protein powder
- 1 cup milk (of choice)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
