Casein Protein Smoothie and Baking Recipes

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1tbsp sweetened cocoa powder
  • 1tbsp  flax oil
  • Milk, Almond Milk, or Water (adjust to desired thickness)

  • 1 egg
  • 1tbsp flour
  • 1tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4cup milk
Spray a microwave safe mug with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Add then mixture to the mug. Cover the mug with plastic wrap and microwave for 30 seconds to a minute (depending on size of mug and power of microwave). Protein Cookie Dough

  • 1tsp chocolate chips
  • 1/3 to 1/2cup water (adjust to desire texture)
