Three Great-Tasting Whey Protein Recipes
If you're like most people, you pretty much use your whey protein for one thing and one thing only – shakes. You toss it in your blender bottle with some water, or milk if you're feeling adventurous, and that's that.
This is sad. Whey can do such more than that. So, to get you started with some of the other terrific uses of whey protein, here are three great-tasting whey protein recipes.
Banana Protein Pancakes
- 1 scoop Naked Whey protein powder
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 1/3 cups peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut cream or milk
- 5 scoops Naked Whey protein powder
- 3 1/2 cups of old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups canned pureed pumpkin or fresh pumpkin puree
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Naked Whey protein powder
- 1 cup baking Stevia
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup of cacao chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
