Cinnamon Protein Coffee Cake Recipe
With protein powder, we now have the amazing ability to sneak protein into all sorts of foods that are not traditionally consider “healthy.” Consider, for example, this cinnamon protein coffee cake recipe. This recipe will make two servings.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Naked Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup black coffee
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
