No Bake Protein Cookie Recipe
Everybody loves cookies. Unfortunately, they have some issues. First, you have to cook them. And, while it might seem a little ridiculous, the investment of time is simply too much for many people. Especially when you consider the second problem: they aren't exactly good for you.
Since cookies, despite their popularity, don't fit into most peoples' definition of a health food, spending the time to make them isn't really appealing. We have for you, however, a recipe that solves both problems. Behold, the no-bake protein cookie.
- 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 scoop Naked Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
- ½ cup milk (of choice)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
